Acceptance

Payments

Prices and available offerings are shown in the catalog or on the checkout page at the time of purchase. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.

You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or card issuer. If a charge is declined, we may suspend access to paid content until payment is successfully processed.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course is completed.

Refund requests must be submitted through the support method listed in the site footer (or the contact method provided there). We may ask for information needed to verify your purchase and progress.

If we issue a refund, access to the refunded course may be revoked. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct toward others
• Spam, deceptive practices, or fraudulent activity
• Any unlawful activity or attempts to violate applicable laws or regulations
• Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or public posting of course materials

• Uploading or transmitting malware, harmful code, or content designed to compromise systems

Intellectual Property

All course content, text, videos, graphics, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

The services and course materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

Termination
